Chengyou "Rain" Zhang
Born in 2002 in Shanghai, China, Chengyou started his music career at the age of 4 after his first piano lesson. He had been composing for almost a decade of years writing varies works for student films, video games, chamber music and more. Chengyou studied contemporary composition in Walnut Hill School for the Arts under Whitman Brown in his 4 years of high school studying in the US. 
Chengyou starts his professional studies of Screen Scoring in Berklee college of music since 2021. During the study, he composed and arranged for multiple student recitals and concerts working as Music Director, Music Editor and Arranger. Meanwhile he also managed to teach Chinese students virtually about composition and scoring technology.

Chengyou's composition usually includes rich layers of orchestra and expressive melodies due to his studies of contemporary composers like Igor Stravinsky, Bela Bartok and etc. He also admires film composers like John Williams, John Powell and Joe Hisaishi.

2002年出生于中国上海，4岁开始学习钢琴。 他学习作曲已经8年之久，其中作品包含了室内乐、钢琴曲、交响乐和电影配乐等多种风格。 张承佑在2017-2021年就读于美国胡桃山艺术高中师从作曲家Whitman Brown。
张承佑自2021年起在美国伯克利音乐学院开始了专业电影配乐的学习。得益于他对伊戈尔·斯特拉文斯基、贝拉·巴托克等当代作曲家的研究，他的音乐作品通常包含了丰富的色彩以及和富有张力的旋律。他欣赏的电影作曲家有约翰·威廉姆斯、约翰·鲍威尔和久石让等。
